Doug Fern

Pastor Doug serves as the Senior Pastor at Calvary, with primary responsibility for Sunday morning preaching. He also provides leadership and oversight to the pastoral and support staff. Pastor Doug plays a key role in the strategic direction of the church by developing and implementing the vision for ministry and outreach in collaboration with the elder board. He actively encourages the spiritual development of the congregation and their participation in service initiatives. Pastoral care responsibilities include visiting the sick and homebound, as well as providing support during crises. Pastor Doug is also invested in the mentorship and development of emerging leaders within the church. His commitment to serving the congregation is a defining characteristic of his leadership.
