Financial Clerk Position Filled
We are pleased to announce that Laura Lindeman has accepted the position of Financial Clerk. Laura has an extensive background in accounting. She has been a tax preparer for the last five years and is also treasurer for Paynesville Township. Laura and her husband Mark have three teenage children and have attended Calvary for 16 years. Be sure welcome Laura to the Calvary Staff when you get a chance.
Fall Education Classes Begin
Mark your calendars for September 7, when our Fall educational classes for many ages will begin. Faith Factory has new curriculum for our children, there are classes for our Jr. and Sr. High students, The Quad for College students, and a class on Spiritual Disciplines for adults. Also, make sure to note our new class on the foundational beliefs of Calvary, delivered at Starting Point. Be sure to check the website for details on each area. We are excited about Fall educational opportunities at Calvary!
Picnic for Young Couples on Saturday, September 6
The Young Couples group is gearing up again and will hold a family picnic at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, September 6. Come spend some time getting to know each other and do some planning for next year. New couples and families are encouraged to join!
Please bring a salad or dessert to share, lawn chairs, and any outside games. Hamburgers, hot dogs, and tableware will be provided.

Body & Soul Fitness Begins Fall Session
Come find out how women of all ages gain physical strength and spiritual encouragement through fellowship and exercise.
Body & Soul Aerobics is a national exercise program that incorporates:
* high and low impact aerobics
* strength training
* conditioning
* toning
* all fitness levels
* upbeat Christian music.
Class Schedule:
Monday and Wednesday 9:00-10:15 a.m.
Tuesday and Thursday: *5:30-6:45 p.m. (*new evening time from last year)
Childcare is available for morning sessions. Bring athletic shoes, water bottle, hand-held weights, and a mat or towel for floor work. Call Lisa Waltzing, certified instructor, at 654-8325 or 267-7745 for any questions.
Junction 180 Parent Meeting
All parents of Jr. and Sr. High students are invited to an informative meeting on Tuesday, September 2, from 7:00 - 8:00 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall. Please plan to attend and find out what's new and what's coming up for the school year.
RAD Training for All Leaders
If you are a RAD leader, don't miss this one and only training event on Wednesday, September 3 at 6:30 p.m. We are excited to see how God will use this new program to teach our children the glories of the Gospel and watch them grow to be more like Jesus.
RADical Wednesday Nights
We are excited to introduce a new curriculum this fall for kids Kindergarten - sixth grade. RAD (Researching God's Word And Developing Godly Character) will incorporate many of the same elements as Awana did, but with a greater emphasis on understanding Scriptures and application.
RAD Kick-off Family Picnic
Our RAD nights will begin on Wednesday, September 10, with a family picnic. The picnic will begin at 5:30 p.m. Normal RAD nights will be from 6:30 - 8:00 p.m.
