CLASSROOM EXPERIENCE
We view children as a gift from God. We believe each child is a unique individual, with their own timing and pattern of growth and development. Curriculum and interaction with adults reflect these individual differences, abilities, and interests. Differences are expected, accepted, and used to plan appropriate activities.
The classrooms at Cherub Preschool are set up to allow children a variety of play experiences. Research has shown the importance of play in a child's life. It is the way in which they explore, discover and learn. Through play experiences, children will be learning about math, science, language arts, social studies, health, and other content areas.
OUR CLASSES
Cherub offers a class for children age three and a class for four and five year olds. This year classes meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays with the option of Friday. Classes are held from 9:00-11:30 a.m. (September through May). Please call 251-4825 for more details.
LICENSURE
Cherub Preschool is licensed by the state of Minnesota. It serves as an enrichment opportunity for children before they enter kindergarten. The experiences provided meet the preschooler's needs and stiumlate learning in all developmental areas - physical, social, emotional, spiritual, and intellectual.
