Body & Soul Fitness offers classes for both women and men.
Cardio/Strength is a class offered two days a week for women.
This class is a balanced, fun, cardio workout, including cardio kickboxing. Increase your flexibility and build strength with Pilates and a great strength training, toning, and stretching segment using hand-held weights and resistance bands that hits all the major muscle groups. All exercises can be adapted for various fitness levels. The instructor can show modifications for all fitness levels and pregnancy options.
Power Strength is a class offered once a week for men and women.
Classes offer a challenge to the individual with dynamic total body strength training using free weights and body weight to strengthen the core and improve balance. This class is offered once a week to cross train your muscles from your current exercise routine. You may be just beginning to exercise or be an experienced hard core exercise enthusiast. There are modifications for everyone. Husbands and wives, make this your date night as we provide the childcare!
Cardio/Strength: Monday 9:00-10:15 a.m.
Wednesday 9:00-10:15 a.m.
Power Strength: Thursday 6:00-7:00 p.m.
(Payment in full is due upon registration)
What to bring to class:
- Comfortable athletic footwear
- A towel or mat for the floor work
- A water bottle
- Hand-held weights (resistance bands and tubes are provided)
Call the instructor to pre-register, or come early and register at your first class. Childcare is provided for morning cardio/strength classes. There is a nominal fee for childcare. (If money is an issue, it is our privilege to cover your cost of childcare.)
You can mix and match classes according to your schedule. Try your first class for FREE, and then decide if you want to join.
