Body & Soul Fitness

Fitness - Red Towel, Apple, Water
Aerobic and Strength Training to Contemporary Christian Music

Body & Soul Fitness is a National organization, founded 27 years ago.

One of our distincitives is that our entire workout is set to uplifting contemporary Christian Music.

We offer three sessions each year (fall, winter, spring) each with a new theme, music, and choreography. Our fall session begins September 8.

You can mix and match classes according to your schedule. Try our first class for FREE, and then decide if you want to join.

The first half of our class focuses on high/low impact floor aerobics. The second half of the class focuses on strength training, toning, and stretching, using hand held weights and resistant bands and tubes.

Don't be shy if you have never exercised before--this class is for everyone. Your instructor can show you modifications for all fitness levels and pregnancy options.

Tuesday 5:30-6:45 p.m.

The Beautiful Bride of Jesus

The church is presently marked by imperfections and shortcomings, which challenge our commitment to her. But she is the bride of Jesus, and the object of the Savior's deep affection. Will you love her and relate to her as he has?

Weekly Memory Passage: Jeremiah 29:11-14a (ESV)

"For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans for wholeness and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope. Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will hear you. You will seek me and find me. When you seek me with all your heart, I will be found by you, declares the LORD."
