Connection Groups
We live in such a busy culture that most of us have great difficulty slowing down to take time for people. Add to a busy schedule impersonalized electronic activities and we have the perfect recipe for isolation. Yet, God’s desire for us is to be connected with other people! Paul gave a vivid example of how essential it is for us to be actively connecting with each other (1 Corinthians 12).
Connection Groups provide a community where people help one another grow in the Lord through the study of the Bible, care for each other, develop and strengthen friendships, share concerns and pray together, and reach out to make an impact on the world. These small groups typically meet in homes and meet at various times during the week.
