Faith Factory - Children's Ministries

Zeke T.

Our mission at Calvary is to live, share, and teach the Gospel of Jesus Christ, for the glory of God and our abundant joy. We desire to bring children into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ, and we are eager to support you in your efforts at home to train and teach your children about God.

We look forward to having your family become a part of our ministry. At Calvary we will teach your children the glories of the Gospel, relate the truth of the Bible to the context of your children's lives, and do it in a joy-filled and fun atmosphere. Your children will be taught the truth of God in a safe environment where kids can discover the wonder of God and his plan and purpose in the world.Smiles - children's page, outdoors

SUNDAYS
Nursery
- Loving care is provided for infants 0-24 months during Worship Services and Sunday School.
Churchtime - Preschool children learn about God and His love through age-appropriate Bible based curriculum. Learning takes place through stories, puppets, simple crafts, object lessons, and music.  This program is availabe for children two-years old through Kindergarten during our Worship Service (10:30 a.m.).
Sunday School - It is our aim to glorify God by equipping children to know God and what it means to have a growing relationship with Him. We have fun as we get down deep into God's Word. Kids have the opportunity to make friends, have a great time, learn from God's word and come to know Christ in a life-changing way! Our Sunday School takes a summer break and will start back up again in September.

WEDNESDAY EVENINGS (During the School Year)
RAD (Researching God's Word And Developing Godly Character) (6:30-8:00 p.m.) - Make Wednesday's your best day of the week and join RAD, a club program for children ages Kindergarten through sixth grade. RAD is designed to be a fun, life-changing night with time to get to know new people as well as get to know God and His Word. The evening will include singing, games, a large-group teaching time, and a small-group discussion time.

Kids will be divided into three age groups: K-2nd, 3rd-4th, and 5th- 6th grade. Each group will focus on memorizing one verse a week. Both the large and small-group times are designed to engage children in activities and discussion that will bring a deeper understanding of the verse. As kids review past verses on a regular basis, and meet managable goals, we will celebrate their victory with special parties and events.

The Sane Man's Response To Freedom

Paul teaches the simple truth that there is only one sane response to freedom: accept it, and don't try to work for it.

Weekly Memory Passage: Matthew 20:26b-28 (ESV)

But whoever would be great among you must be your servant, and whoever would be first among you must be your slave, even as the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.
